Yeah it wasn't specifically about Destiny. I probably should have been more clear, but I said it was about people *like* Destiny because of her post saying she had the thought about Destiny before, not because that specific tweet was about him. Mostly I was interested in pointing out the reason he likes Aella and how she's also an extremely traumatized person, which benefits him in the long run. Again, the reason she had to cut off mrgirl is because he reminded her of some past issues where people just weren't going to see her/accept what she was saying and were going to come up with their own conclusions about her, which is very similar to Destiny, who can't accept people who see him differently than he sees himself.

Yeah, Norm's whole point in attacking Destiny for being a wikipedia reader wasn't really even about him using wikipedia as a source, it was more about how he was new to the conversation and didn't have time to sit with it to see if he still felt that way. This is my big problem with Destiny as well, which is that he does actually change his mind on things fairly quickly and never seems to develop any real attachments to his political beliefs. Destiny didn't really seem to understand that there was a reason why Norm respects Benny Morris even though they were on opposite sides of the discussion. Destiny really doesn't seem to get that time served does actually matter.
I don't think anyone, even the majority of us here, deny that Destiny is the victim of revenge porn.
I mean he kinda is, but I also think that he was daring people to leak his shit and gave people permission to do it when he said that anyone who thinks he was acting inappropriately could leak all of their DMs. That obviously wouldn't hold up in court, but it's hard for me to feel bad for him when he was challenging people to do it. I also think Destiny is a narcissist who basically forgets when he does things that are wrong or doesn't consider them at all, so I'm sure when he made the proclamation that people can leak his shit he thought no one could possibly think he's done anything inappropriate. But still.
I don't think this has been mentioned before, but is there a reason Destiny has to mention Rose's initials in filings?
I actually have been watching some Destiny videos in the morning while I'm doing other things (I'm nowhere near a computer at the time so I can't clip anything) and he's planning to do a big manifesto on this whole thing. Which is why he's been fighting tooth and nail to keep things from being sealed. He mentioned in a conversation with Mouton and Dan recently that he Pxie and her ex were recently deleting messages with each other, so she can't turn over discovery. He also mentioned that all of the people he deposes wind up being represented by Joan, so there's a ton of lawyer/client privilege. He said that he's not going to file complaints against Pxie/Joan for spoliation because it's costing too much money and won't help him win his case, it's just stuff he would add to his manifesto.
So basically he's going to give a ton of information on Rose in his manifesto that no one will give a shit about and he's going to make it very easy to figure out who she is. You know how he does his manifestos, he links source material. Probably also why he had Blav's post on stream. Of course, if you ask him, he cares a lot about her well being and we should be angry with Pxie for NOT CARING ABOUT A VICTIM. My guess is he's going to go after anyone he perceives as harming them, and he'll try to frame his inclusion of shit about Rose as her being a victim when he's very clearly angry with her, too. He's going to try to make himself look like the good guy while still harming her.
A couple other things that were mentioned:
- He doesn't want to talk about how much his case is costing him because now everyone is saying Pxie's goal was just to cost him money. (That was always the goal, moron, you were just too fucking stupid to see it and thought it would get thrown out.)
- He is not as confident that it's going to be thrown out and they talked about how this may wind up going to court, Destiny wondered how many days it could take in courts. Kafkaesquire said it would probably be 2 days in court. Destiny doesn't want to pay those lawyer fees.
- Dan and Mouton were wondering whether or not they'd be allowed to be in the courtroom to record the trial. Again, stuff for the manifesto since Pxie had things sealed before he could post it online. They wondered if seals apply to people in the courtroom or just Destiny.
I remember a few years back whenever people would bring up foreign policy to Destiny, he would always say that he doesn't care about what's happening in other countries, he cares about what is happening in his country. That's because he didn't know anything about foreign policy, which is why he got his back blown out by Ryan Dawson the first time they talked. Anyway, if Destiny HAD paid attention to things like war on terror, he might have been aware of Osama Bin Laden's stated intention of bankrupting the United States, which is why he tried to bait them into war. A technique he learned when the United States used the Mujahideen against the Soviet Union to try to bankrupt them. Very interesting that the leader of the "Daliban" is unfamiliar with the techniques that Pxie would eventually employ. I think DGG should be legally required to hand the Taliban references over to Queen Pxie.

I think he is avoiding any criticism of child predators because he doesn't want the smoke or to open the discussion to his hypocrisy. That or he is tied up in something a little bigger than the "20 streamers" he mentioned.
I think it probably has less to do with that and more to do with not wanting to be embarrassed later. He really avoids breaking news and so he's probably just going to wait until he knows he won't look stupid. For now he's going to use it to argue points that he can be safe with. He'll feel comfortable with attacking the Trump administration for defying orders, or for coverings things up, but he's not going to make any strong statements on whether this person or that person is a pedophile.
He'll have to walk back a lot of stuff he said about Pizzagate in the past, so he's going to want to be ready for that.
