I agree with pretty much everything you said and the sentiment. I hope people stop sperging out in this thread.
I don't believe either side, I just want to know what parts are true but the BPD girls made that difficult. They should have just dumped texts and recordings from the beginning.

What reputation exactly? I don't know if people fathom that not only is the k-farms not a company like Facebook or something where things are mandated by advertiser demand but again that it is not a hivemind.
A terribly bad discussion could be taking place in this thread based on fake or inadequate evidence.
Another thread could be the total opposite.
It's almost like the forum is multithreaded and still not a hivemind - there are thousands of threads on here, all with different participants, different standards, different cultures.

My post was specifically a jab at Josh's crash out on a MATI episode that is months old and I will not waste my time going back to find this 2 min section but to paraphrase
"The forum is supposed to be a place where we gather and critically discuss things that other places wouldn't". This was in response to the Destiny thread calling him the raped and he argued it ruined the reputation of the information presented and the site to anyone that bothered to check in. So you can think it's dumb opinion, you're entitled to that, but is clearly one held by the big guy.

I feel as though Tom probably did his best to emulate the Pyro situation but intentionally avoiding the closest thing to the smoking gun as much as possible which was the ageplay fetish shit he was into and mostly talked about the girls' allegations.
It's pretty telling that from documenting all the lolcows he mades videos on, he didn't learn how to not end up like a lolcow who has embarassing shit leaked about him but only learned how to deflect and best make a response video to keep the best PR he can even with everything that has been leaked about him.

When they tried to spin the narrative they already lost. If they had just presented the information as, "dude is weird, lemme show you how," it would have landed but that wouldn't have come with the possibility of ruining Tom's reputation and/or life. Now the whole situation has become a meme about Tom being chad thundercock and people are going to ignore the actual weird stuff that wasn't denied by him.
