Watch closely, you can see the gun discharge. The agents are lucky to be alive.

You can see at 0:18 the man in the grey has the suspect's gun in his hand. He got it from the back of the man's waistband and started walking away. At 0:19 the first shot was fired. At that moment he was unarmed and there was no longer a lethal threat. The DHS has only identified one gun that deemed him as a threat and it was taken off of him before he was shot.

It's a messy situation but setting up a timeline is the right thing to do. I don't care if I'm called dumb for it, the gun that the DHS identified as the weapon was taken off of him and was being moved away from the scene when he was shot.
EDIT: Including photos to show the man in gray had the gun.

Even the Chinese have at last learned the truth and become Fatigued.

Remember: the ANC in South Africa was handed the keys to a first-world state with excellent infrastructure, nuclear power plants, a budding space programme, world-class universities, and a highly competent and professional bureaucracy. They never even had to build the state in the first place; all which was required was maintenance. Essentially: JUST DON'T FUCK IT UP, OKAY? And it is now a kleptocratic failed state which can't even keep the lights on or the water flowing, with the highest murder rate in the world, in which gang-rape is the national pastime, and they are openly flirting with a full-blown anti-white pogrom which will wipe out the very last of the remaining competent, productive citizens, creating Zimbabwe 2.0

There is no word in any native African language which corresponds to "maintenance". The closest you can get are terms from Arabic and Afrikaans.
If you told people 30 years ago that the nothing backwater of Botswana or violent turmoil filled Rwanda would be leading sub Saharan Africa in the race to become modernized and developed, and not South Africa, you would have been laughed out of the room.

Protesters wheel trash cans towards a line of police in Minneapolis

Oooh, bad move. They probably don't actually "own" those (even if they're the homeowners). Those are typically city property "on loan" to each residence for garbage pickup (to fit those fancy garbage trucks with the automatic lifters). They're meant to stay with the house when you move; each serial number is tracked by address.

Dumb shits. On the one hand it means any of them that are weaponized can be tracked back to the owner for later shenanigans, but they're committing a far worse crime here -- fucking with a city bureaucrat's pet project and mucking around with city property.

That and it'll be hard to get their trash picked up later if they get their cans all ripped up (and they'll have to pay for replacements).

The question hinges on what the shooter reasonably perceived. He was not experiencing slow-motion video from multiple angles.

One of the most bizarrely-functional and stable countries there is Namibia. Must be the German influence.

True story.

I had a neighbor get mad at me once for throwing a doggy poop bag in their trash as it sat on the side of the road for pick up.

He was whining about its his private property and I had to basically respond to the above. Nerdily, "Uh, ackshually, it is city property and is rented to you along with your utilities."

Unrelated to your point but just appreciate how low IQ the mexicrement recording that vid sounds. Same thing as the lesbian shot in her car; everyone reacts like "wtf brooo you just like did a fuckin murder broooo are you fuckin kidding dude". For such humanitarian people you'd think they'd be more affected by someone dying right in front of them.

Even if everything is 100% as you say, a single second between the gun being pried from him and the shot taking place is not enough to establish the agent didn't have probable cause, given everything that was going on. Maybe commie dipshits should stop fucking with law enforcement if they already see them as violent, fascist thugs just looking for an excuse to kill.

I might be missing it but I don't see the sig actually go off. Only shots fired are from ICE, from what I see.

Shooting officer circled on the left, officer that disarmed the sig circled on the right. This video starts right as the shooting officer sees the sig and pulls his gun. The disarming officer starts reaching over to disarm the sig around the same time, and actually gets the sig maybe 1-2s after the shooting officer begins pulling his gun, as you can see from the other video angle posted earlier. The shooting officer pushes the disarming officer out of the way and then shoots the retard. It doesn't seem like he noticed that the other officer disarmed the sig. This is all occurring within around 4-5 seconds which is an insanely short amount of time to process everything happening (whistles, other officers, the retard, then seeing a sig, probably like 8 different hands in the dudes field of view, trying to position himself so that he doesn't have crossfire on anyone else, etc.).
