06/08/17 Spudking Rides A Bike (Indoors, Maybe) - Victory Ride For False DMCA
Why not take a "victory ride" outside, Phil? Oh, right, you can't actually ride a bicycle and it's just a prop you use to feel more like a real Commie or some shit.
The thought of someone claiming to be an Anarcho-Communist filing a DCMA, which goes against both Communism and Anarchism since it claims ownership over something and is a request for an authority to intervene on your behalf, is hilariously ironic. Then again, it's Phil and he doesn't understand any of the ideologies or philosophies he claims to hold.
It's just a pretentious way for an absolute tard to say "practice." That's literally exactly what it means in Greek. In academia, it is generally used to distinguish between mere theory and action.
Just mirroring a video won't fly as critique or entertainment unless you add something to it- not just here but on the video itself. After all, otherwise you could just post an entire motion picture and then talk about it on the thread to evade copyright. And the DMCA still applies even if someone doesn't monetize a copyrighted work. But I'm betting he won't have the wherewithal to do anything about the counter-notification (which would require something a little more in-depth than just sending a DMCA notice).
That's what I'm thinking, too. You're right... Taters damn well not be augmented, but if he is he clearly chose the "ungodly stench" and "random tattoos as camo" augs.
as is the symptom of anyone who lives in the Trooniverse echo chamber. If it doesn't advance their own oppression/struggle/courage points, it's not worth pointing out how moronic they sound.
I imagine Phil probably spent the better half of the day doing all this. Literally filing the DCMA and shooting that vid was probably the busiest day he's had all month.
Just think of the time spent to get into the mindset that he's going to ride his bike, then go about getting properly dressed for it in the most serious and officious manner with some sort of mental checklist for safety. You know he had to strap on 2 cans of mace, his baton and a taser for this stationary bike sitting.
All while the Alcoholic Ogre looked on with disdain.

YouTube won't care if they get a counter notification. At that point it is up to Spuds to shit or get off the pot by filing an actual lawsuit or fucking off.

So, to make a long story short, I mirrored his 'stimming' video on youtube, and not only did Buffalo Bill somehow come across it, but word reached taters himself, which led to the following Instagram post. I'm assuming by now that everyone has likely seen the video in question by this point, and if not, it's hidden behind the spoiler below.

"Kiwi Farms stalkers uploaded my stimming video from Thursday and... I filed a DMCA"
So, lo and behold, I had an email sitting in my inbox this afternoon and saw that my video had been pulled due to a manual DMCA request. Wyświetl załącznik 230995
Nothing really all that new or interesting here, but it confirms that Buffalo is either still talking with spuds, or someone is leaking things again for the sake of entertainment. Well, that's all and fine, I've submitted a counter-notification on the video, stating that for the sake of critique and entertainment, since his videos are not monitized, nor are my own, it falls under fair use.
So, the chances are that the video will return, and there's a good deal of salt and bouncing that will happen when YouTube overturns his DMCA.
That said, THIS video was posted about an hour ago on his Instagram, so I present it in a new mirror location for the time being.
"TFW You are spun out on too much coffee and your DMCA takedown notice goes through on YouTube against a Kiwi Farms stalker that wants to document your life and make fun of you because you are a trans woman and autistic and you are pumped up on caffeine and wanna do a victory ride on your bike
#fuckkiwis #fuckkiwifarms #diversityoftactics"
Now, while he -claims- to be on a victory bike ride, there's really no evidence to back that fact up, so I'd like to think that he's just standing there with the bike, swaying back and forth like the autist that he is, pretending to ride the bike while making that video.
If you counter, he'll definitely see it and have two options
1. He'll retract it which means he technically could take you to court if he would be willing to go that far to remove the video.
2. Ignore it and the video will be back up
The way it works is if the video retracted claim has been made and isn't responded, then the video will be back up in 10 days from the day the claim of the glass strike has been sent to YouTube.
But now he might have your personal details unless you entered in fake ones which could be a risk but depends if you "pulled it off' or not
