Tilly is engaged to Ollie Oxford.
By my count she's gone almost 3 mos without going back to the hospital. Here's genuinely hoping her munchie arc is over and she can be a grown up now on, for her own sake.

Speaking of Tilly, according to this article her parents sold their house in order to go the the Kraut doctor, lol. She's doing fine for now, but it's only a matter of time before she will find something else to complain about.
TB tilly reminds us that she's totally not cured yet (so keep giving her attention)

Sounds most like she was reining it in to bag a man slave, especially if she's bled her folks dry. I imagine it'll be full steam ahead from now on, especially if he's loaded.
Even the way she's dressed in that photo is giving weird vibes. Something about the sheet-like shawl and the overly lose scrunchie. I could be being autistic, given she's on holiday, but it still reads a bit like an illness cos play.

Her pupils are absolutely dilated, she's high on some stimulant in these videos, my money is on Methamphetamine given her agitation and delusions of a "hole in her throat"

Also also she's obviously being managed by a nurse practitioner, given her textbook case of polypharmacy, her "doctor" has also asked her to take even more over the counter supplements, "i'm kinda prescribed them" theirs also a strong good chance she's also getting a bunch of opioids for her "fibromialgia back pain", Prescribing opioids for anyone with convictions for substance use is just begging the DEA to take away this NPs license.

There’s a fun little thread going on in r/hospitalist. It started out with this:

I wonder what the beef was between the doctor and the referred neurosurgeon, if that part is real. Dated in med school and cheated on her? I can only speculate how much you'd have to dislike a colleague to refer them this patient.

This was so cathartic to read i just had to archive it, I need a medfag thread here to cope someone please point me in the right direction <3
We had this nightmare of a 16 year old child + her mother who claimed she had fainted 21+ times last night, POTS obviously with a long history of presentations to ED for the exact same thing + anxiety and "CPTSD"
I remember it was 21+ times quite well because before handover she reminded us, during handover she came out to remind us and after handover she also reminded us.
I wanted to feel bad for her but both the mother and daughter had this insane munchie dependency on each other, she spent 8+ hours in cubes being a nightmare coz NPT refused to transport her claiming she was "medically unstable" which required us to wait 6 hours for ABV to transport her to MCH where her cardiologist was. At least it gave me the chance to search prompt for any policies on Munchhausen/Factitious Disorder which sadly turned up no results.
Anyway ABV eventually arrived and step transferred her, just for fun, got her to stand up quickly, and once she was on the stretcher, told her to get off and stand up quickly again, no loss of consciousness observed. I had fun talking to the paramedic who called POTS patients barbie dolls, coz each one is identical, this was the 8th one he had seen in the last month, all female.
Anyway our little chitchat was disrupted by one of the regs who said how super serious POTS was and our joking was super unprofessional, she hates me but idc, everyone else hates her too coz she is the most gullible reg in existence incapable of thinking critically, and has the bleeding heart to admit every sob story for an endless workup.

Stimulant addicts do this all the time. Well maybe not the fluids but if you're off you're tits you can easily drink so little you don't pee for days.
Day 4 without sleep is also where the psychosis will start to kick in, though that varies and gets shorter the longer you've been using..
I'm not sure they can make it to appointments though so she's probably just insane.
What I don't understand about this woman is how she is claiming to be driving while blacking out and presumably unable to check her blind spots. I hope someone in the comments has pulled her up on it. Over here I also think if you have a condition affecting driving in the way she claims you're required to report it to the DVLA, who remove your license until you meet certain criteria. If you don't report it you can be fined and I suspect insurance will be adding a few £k to your next renewal.
This is also why we shouldn't drive in people's blind spots- there are people like this on the road, and also people who just don't check them.
