Can you automatically shadow ban large groups of accounts made all at once? Or give them an unreal probation length (no attachments of any kind for 24 months) Any real users caught in the crossfire could still reach out to a mod and appeal, but this might add enough extra hassle to slow things down for a bit. Would have to screen the appeals for AI tho probably, and don’t want to add to the mods’ burden.

As if the glowies aren't the ones posting CP on sites they wanna prosecute. A wise man on these farms once said "Posting or 'finding' CP on a white guy's hard drive is the equivalent of sprinkling crack on a black guy."

I have a serious headache so I might be wrong and retarded, but I'm pretty sure that's not a 100% positive ID. A judge won't jump on a search warrant for anything less than absolute proof, if the complacent-ass cops between the complaint and the judge even let it through, and then assuming the judge isn't a cuck or a boomer.

There are Private Investigator organizations that specialize in cyber-crime. I'd be more than willing to donate towards a payment for something like this if it is deemed a viable avenue.

The fun thing about civil lawsuits is unlike criminal cases you don't need verifiable proof. You just need a reasonable amount of suspicion. At which point its up to the defendant to prove they totally didn't do it. During discovery. In which their computer will have to be handed over for examination by the law firm representing the plaintiff, as well as all their doxx, emails relevant to the case and cell phone.

Why? Well, its a CIVIL case. The defendant isn't at risk of liberty! The rights of search and seizure don't apply! Now sure, the defendant "could" plead the 5th amendment, but if they do so the judge has to accept the plaintiffs accusations as true on their face! Isn't civil law fun!

one of my biggest schizo conspiracies is that feds steganographically embed CP into memes and innocuous images so that almost every internet user has them in their downloads/cache and makes it easy to 'bust' people they don't like. also racist/islamic/extremely hateful stuff if they need to claim someone had like white supremacist material. wouldnt put it past them

Could probably figure out the ISP in the area and report it to them.
Seems like they'd be able to figure out easily whether or not someone at the address is doing this.
Will they do anything? probably not, but might as well exhaust all options.

Apologies, bit the bullet responding like that, gotta learn somehow. Thank you though, I genuinely appreciate the honesty. Was doing well until I got a little too excited to fit in.

*quick edit* only options I can see are to edit, still learning the layout of everything and trying to understand what my entitlements as a new user are here as well

Whoever is doing this is using a bunch of different IPs, you try to track his IP and you'll get a thousand different results from all over the world.

Leto is not James R Conrad.
Leto is David Frederick Hoffman.

Elaborating:

James R. Conrad is a traceable personality from the still active CSGOani.me / MEMEWARE community. (I am not clear if they are separate, both have discord links)

He was active on that server, teamgamerfood and on aimware around 2018 and before, but has long retired. User Thrice I believe is still active in the discord and can confirm this.

Conrad was also part of other CSGO HVH groups like A5's teamgamerfood.

In short: James Conrad is not Leto.

I believe Leto's relationship with James Conrad is that he got in a fight with the MEMEWARE community and started impersonating him as a payback. I believe you can contact the MEMEWARE community and confirm this with a third party.

Matter of fact, in 2020, Leto publishes a "James R. Conrad" fakedox days after he was doxed with his real name, David Hoffman.
