You'd have to make it a bit more clever in order to work at all, like the actual upload URL being different from an outward user accessible one. Then the post gets refreshed/updated with the correct attachment URLs once Jan approves. It would have to be for all accounts since this actor surfaced.
Is there any value in reaching out to the authorities proactively? Or are they just gonna be irked?
