The fact their records are immune to FOIA requests is beyond fucked. Imagine your loved one gets killed and a team of sociopaths show up at your front door to threaten you with prison time and lawsuits if you don't read a script saying "I love the guy who raped my daughter to death because the people who look like him make delicious burritos." That whole department is a fucking monster.

I would expect it to have been created to protect Jewish interests, but because it's so shadowy and has no oversight it eventually drifted to protecting violent niggers and don't even bother protecting Jews.
