The height was COVID and during the Biden Era. There's less fent in the streets, and the addicts have managed to mostly die over 4 years. It was not fun getting here, and there's still work to be done. Haven't Narcanned a ton of people recently.

If I'm being honest, burning the US Flag should be illegal. There is literally no reason to burn the US flag other than to make a stance on what you believe (the fall of the United States), or if you are simply bored. ESPECIALLY in this specific case where ANTIFA and violent protesters are burning the US flag near the cops. Yes, I do believe in free speech, but literally setting ANYTHING on fire in public, near the cops or the military especially, WILL get you arrested.

Essentially, I believe saying "fuck you America" should be allowed, but the physical manifestation of that (burning the US flag) is NOT good.

I don’t like it either, but I disagree that burning the flag should be outlawed, especially when there are other good laws to get them on, such as disorderly conduct, inciting a riot, etc.

P.S., I’ve burned a few flags back in the day in my time as a Boy Scout. Once they’re worn out, burning them is how they are “retired” per the flag code, but obviously not the in the way the communists and provocateurs at protests do it

not only this, but marbury v. madison has already ruled that the supreme court has the power of judicial review. it did not grant that to all courts. in addition, marbury also laid out that there must be some kind of demonstrably unconstitutional behavior for SCOTUS to legitimately rule an action as unconstitutional under judicial review. it's not carte blanche for a faggot FISA judge to do this. trump should've known better than to nominate anyone on the FIS judiciary.

The problem was that Trump in his first term was just fed a list of judges to nominate and he went along with it because he was still trying to play by the rules, not realizing how deep the swamp was and Trump has no judicial experience so he was at the mercy of his advisors, many of whom were also eager to stab him in the back. It's also why his SCOTUS picks were all duds and have to be led around by Thomas and Alito.
