Unfortunately, American medicine has become an assembly line process where doctors are incentivized to push through as many patients as possible during the day, and the recommended treatment of choice almost always comes down to some sort of pill whether prescription or over the counter.
Sadly, most people are so entrenched in their beliefs and have confirmation bias that leaves them unwilling and unable to entertain alternative points of view or evidence that their worldview is somehow incorrect.
From personal and professional experience, government agencies and organizations can be a hardass about anything if they really want to. I have no problem with them being more particular about ensuring foreign residents in the country legally have all their paperwork and information in good order during their time in the US. It's also for their own good as much as it is for the country's.
ICBW, but I seem to recall some states passing "voting reform" in recent years leading up to 2024 that required as many mail-in ballots as possible to be counted so long as they were postmarked on or before election day no matter how long it took to arrive at the local clerk's office. Concerns about this opening the door to possible shenanigans were raised but largely ignored or dismissed.
I've said it a dozen times, and I'll say it a dozen more. The only way to put the DNC's dysgenic footsoldiers in their place is to peacefully mow down a large group of them with live ammo.
