the claim was that the IPs come from a certain country, the claim was refuted, and you go "ok but maybe they're using different IPs" that's not a part of the statement nor correlated, now you're just thinking up ideas of how the conclusion one might come to according to the falsehood can still be true even if the falsehood was proven false, when beforehand the question was whether or not it's false
