The court first holds that the parents are likely to succeed on their claim that the policy of not allowing opt-outs unconstitutionally burdens their exercise of their religion.
“we have long recognized," Alito writes, "the rights of parents to direct 'the religious upbringing' of their children. And we have held that those rights are violated by government policies that substantially interfere with the religious development of children."

Sotomayor: The reverberations of the Court’s error will be felt, I fear, for generations. Unable to condone that grave misjudgment, I dissent.
ALLAH AKBAR!!!! ALLAH AKBAR!!!!

(Good on the Muslims, Catholics I know get fucked when organizing by Jesuits, Liberal priests, and Non-practicing Catholics).

Trump just had the ceasefire agreement between Hotel Rwanda and Congo Evil Gorillas in the Oval Office. He loves praise in stereo:

Someone asked "what about Canada?" and Trump slaps them down and then says The Rapening Rakening is on the table:

@Chuckwagon the Congo just got its shit settled, pretty sure you talked about it before. Is this another instance of Unlimited Kino Works or nah?
Can't get too :optimistic: here, the Rwanda-backed militia in question (M23) has seemingly made peace/surrendered before and then came back after a decade to stir up more trouble. The eastern Congo has been an anarchic hellhole for pretty much the entire time since independence (even the old Cold War dictator of the Congo, Mobutu, had to deal with periodic rebellions & incursions there). But tbh, if Trump's peace can hold for at least the remainder of his term, that would already be plenty impressive. If it lasts a decade before M23/Rwanda cause problems again, even better.

As far as American interests go, IIRC the Congolese gov't was the one begging Trump for help while M23-Rwanda (which is aligned with European corporate interests instead) were kicking their asses. The Congolese gov't has also been letting China pilfer the vast natural resources of the contested regions. So if this agreement leads to increased American influence on said gov't, the US boxing the Europeans out and snapping up more of China's mines & resources at the same time, well that would obviously be a nice American W in the grander scheme of things (as opposed to the fragile peace which may very well dissolve after a few years, which is the standard for that part of the planet).

Texas v Pornographers case

Texas’ age verification law for porn sites is constitutional
the dissenting argument is that Texas must somehow find some way to verify the age of minors in order to block them from accessing porn sites but not require adults to verify their age because that somehow restricts their 1st Amendment rights. But the only way to verify age of users is to have everyone do it. And they also whined because the law didn't go under stricter scrutiny where it could potentially be struck down, or otherwise mired in years or even decades of legalese back and forth between courts and legislative sessions.

I really wish the libshits would just come out and say "we want children looking at porn", cause that's what they really want. We know it, they know that we know it, and we know that they know that we know it.

Rwanda and the Congo are more important then Canada:story:
I mean they got lithium and gold my man, they kinda are, ngl.

I mean its africa. Niggers gonna Nig. Even the representives in the videos were like "yeah, weve done this like 20 times already, but we HOPE this works this time". Still, if we can keep order long enough, we can get some sweet minerals out of that and cut the chinks out fully.

What he's trying to say is that the richer areas that will be more highly taxed are also white which to me is a pointless statement to make in this type of formal document so he obviously doesn't know how to write or communicate his messages properly; such a claim on my end is substantiated by the fact that this clown only has a degree in African studies and only won the primary by screaming about giving people free shit.
I've seen people cope with this retort and I really don't see it.

He says rich AND white, seperating them. Even if he didn't seperate them and meant them as one, the inclusion of white automatically excludes black, so are rich black neighborhoods safe then? Why?

I don't see why this retard should get any benefit of the doubt when he thought singling out white people for targeting in his policy was appropriate in any way shape or form to begin with.

If you want to target the rich, just say rich.

Mr Luna, can't we just make a "throw people off building" machine? my arms are gonna be tired by the 500th person
Nah mate that's why you use a crew, not just one guy. Everyone takes turns wrangling the payloads, lining them up for deployment, scooping up the bodies at the landing point, and doing the shoving. Every muscle group gets worked out throughout the day. Everybody wins!

Democrat Rep Pramila Jayapal says she’s been holding “shadow hearings” to discuss ICE deportations.

She created fake Congressional hearings to cry about Trump’s immigration policies and deportations

Shoving? I thought we were throwing! that way they can't somehow grip onto something
