Thanks for the documentation, but to clarify, those are two separate ethics issues.

The first relates to his criminal charges and based on what Nick said, it's clear it was an actual investigation that is likely to result in some sort of discipline (this is what I was referring to).

The second related to someone allegedly trying to submit an ethics complaint over Nick badmouthing his former nanny, which is something that is stupid on its face irrespective of whether Nick is correct as to who was responsible, and why it makes sense that Nick stated it was dismissed without investigation. This isn't relevant.
