Mama Celeste and Bob must have cut off the litigation faucet. Poor Nitrous Nicky resorting to being a vexatious litigant on his own license, assuming the bar of Minnesota is dumb enough to allow him to practice law again.
The only upside is that if he survives the ethics inquiry (he will), he will almost certainly find himself the subject of a new one in not too long a time

. And that's even if he continues "not taking clients" - which was a recent"euphemism" he used
while being unauthorized to practice law (and also for being a crappy lawyer whose only client in years is the woman he taught to snort and inhale gas and got busted with).
Kayla is also a crack whore
April's a disgusting whore
I dont care about dicks taken, and I severely doubt a prostitute hopping from influencer to influencer took less dick than a weirdo that just got recently entailed to swinging, and certainly not claiming the benzozombie is great; but the claim of a professional homewrecker that talks about sex with the infant children of their polycule with whom she has no relation at all and expose the same children to her sexting with their father is OBJECTIVELY worse. I´m sorry if her mushy tits casted some spell on you.
Wtf is it with calling women whores and homewreckers. Afaik, Kayla didn't take money (the 1 KNU was paid to the State), and April failed to wreck the Rekieta marriage; the wreckage of the home/life is on Nick and Kayla. Call them scumbags or junkies or whatever applies. But lazy insults like "whore" are Nick-tier.
And if anything, Nick is the "homewrecker" whose involvement with April surely advanced that divorce.
While it would be poetic for Nick to lose his licence over his failure to represent April ethically, it looks like a nothingburger if he's openly announcing he's completing his CLEs.
Those are distinct things. He was derelict in his representation of April, unless she told him to stop/ not to. And even then, he should have withdrawn. What he did do was not manage his email account and so court correspondence bounced (and not for the first time...)...and he also didn't show for her court date. Maybe that was her idea, but he still was incredibly sloppy -
almost like someone who dgaf about the law, the profession, or being a professional with a reputation to uphold.
His misrepresentation of himself as a MN lawyer and owner of a law firm are far more egregious - and CONTINUING. Also, though the criminal activity should get someone disbarred, the guidance is pretty honed in on crimes related to practice, or other things that reflect on honesty and similar*.
*Discipline for failing to file a tax return, which is called out in the comments, is, imo, absurd. It's not even failure to pay what is owed, but failure to
file - a basic civic duty. If that is going to be discipline-worthy, why not all those unpaid speeding tickets?
Nick I vote that you sperg about Israel. You're going to fail those lawyer tests anyway.
There are no tests. All you have to do is
sit through them have them playing and tap the button when it dings to prove you are there. A dishonest person can "attend" 45 hours and yet still know nothing. Example: Nick Rekieta for the last 10 years.
