Stallyn19 has clipped Aaron discussing his May 2024 questioning by police (aired on Friday). Stallyn also added some fairly amusing remarks Aaron said about Nick. I summarized the legal aspects here, but clips are helpful

https://youtube.com/watch?v=flPMKX5Qu8k
One thing that hasn't been picked up on, but I think bears further analysis, is Aaron's impression of Nick's parents and how they interact with Nick (timestamped):
... little boy special boy you believe that, cuz you know what little boy you deserve it. If you talk to him like his mommy and daddy it soothes him. You're just good! People don't understand how good you are!
Celeste and Bob deserve the rope as much as Nick and Qayla do.

That story Aaron told about the cops is such a lie. First off, cops will never ask you if you want your lawyer with you. They read you miranda if you are detained and that is it. Asking you ARE YOU SURE YOU DONT WANT YOUR LAWYER??? is actively working against their interests because you are less likely to talk with your lawyer there. Also, a lawyer would never tell you to just go in and tell the cops the truth. No... Lawyers tell you to NEVER speak to the cops under any circumstance.

So as much as I cannot stand the balldo pope, I gotta call it like I see it... This whole breakdown of him going to the cops was a complete fabrication.

*edit to fix some grammar*

I'm one of those weirdos who will occasionally put on bodycam footage and police interviews in the background while I work. Sometimes they ask "are you sure you don't want a lawyer present?" before questioning. I'm not a lawyer or a cop I don't know why. But they do. The lawyer advising that he doesn't need to be there is harder to believe but as this saga has taught us some lawyers are morons. Maybe Aaron is lying maybe his lawyer is a moron. Maybe both. Many such cases.

The Starbucks thing is totally unprompted seething. Juju either told him to do this or Nick's defending Juju's honor unprompted like a bitchmade faggot.

The "old post hits different" post is sad as fuck. Basically "remember when I used to pretend to be a decent person?"

They definitely do. I've seen dozens of bodycams on YT in which they do so. Depends on which side they're on.

@Strix454 pointed this out yesterday wrt Aaron. At that point - the first interview - Aaron supposedly had a clear conscience and nothing to be criminally charged with (pre-RP) in his mind. While it was a dumb move, he probably knew how the drug case was gonna go against Nick.

The cops didn't want Aaron to get in trouble with his own statements because he was a witness against NICK. That's who they were focused on.

Celeste and Bob deserve the rope as much as Nick and Qayla do.
I guess...? You and I have watched far too much STMS. This seems like Aaron hyperbole to me. He LOVED Bob up until about a month or two ago. I think he's just echoing what he reads here.

Bob and Celeste seem like typical affluent retirees, enjoying life and traveling. I reserve "space" for @Not Who You Think 's speculation that they may be boomer swingers, but if they are... they've hid it fairly well, unlike their son.

The Evangelical right and Ortho Jews don't seem to give a shit.
This is a very off-topic tangent you’ve introduced, so I’ll just say this: Life is about trade-offs, and if one candidate and many of their supporters want you fucking dead and the other candidate and fewer of his supporters want you fucking dead, you go with the one that poses less of a threat. I hope you never have to make such an estimation for your and your family’s sake.

If the police ever ask you if you want an attorney, they are indirectly telling you that you absolutely need an attorney because they consider you a suspect and are conducting a hostile interrogation which they intend to use against you criminally. The police only ask that question to cover themselves constitutional rights-wise should you say something that they specifically want to use against YOU in a criminal proceeding.

This was one of the most insufferable parts of his Rittenhouse trial coverage and why I eventually switched to Law & Crime’s commentary-free coverage. He (and others) wanted Richards to object to every other word out of Binger’s mouth.

Nick Rekieta, who as far as I know has never litigated a case that has gone to a jury trial, did not understand that it is not a good idea to piss off the judge with incessant objections. Also, if the prosecution is making a retarded and far-fetched comparison, why the hell would you interrupt? Let the jury see how nonsensical the argument is.

Overall really obnoxious to hear Nick say “I could do soooo much better than this veteran criminal defense attorney who is also a former prosecutor with 35 years of intense legal experience!”

You mean like the retard objected in the CHIPS case instead of letting his veteran lawyer who knows the court handle it?

I'd love to see Nick in court cosplaying as a lawyer one day. He would constantly fuck up.

Once again Nick is incapable of change because he is a pathological narcissist. The average person tells a minimum of five lies a day. A narcissist lies constantly, and really believe some of their own absurd confabulations they concoct in their disordered heads. I've seen some people recently say Nick has admitted he did wrong. Um.... no no no, there is a huge difference between taking accountability and saying sorry, and feeling sorry for yourself. In Nick Rekieta's case it's the latter.
I have yet to see one public post by Nick admitting he hurt his family do to his own selfish actions. And that's the point he won't. He will continue to twist the narrative that he is the victim in all this. "I have body dysmorphia" "I have fill in the blank problem please feel sorry for me" Personally I hope he contracts AIDS when he goes to Pedo-Melt's Hackamania in Vegas in May.

That trial coverage annoyed me because Nick was clearly trashing Rittenhouse's lawyer because they got rid of Robert Barnes. Knowing Nick's track record Kyle would be sitting in a cell block the rest of his life following Nick's advice.

I have a different take on Bob and Celeste- they're enablers. I won't say they are responsible for the 9 y.o. getting high directly (she was 8 when it happened), but they knew the state of the house, how Nick doesn't pay his taxes (or his tickets), they knew what Aaron and April were doing while Bob and Celeste would babysit, Bob lied for Nick on the stand. They created Nick, and they allow him to continue his bullshit.

I'll agree that the affectations Aaron gave were over the top, but I also guarantee that Nick is an easy mark, and even a simp(leton) like Aaron knew how to butter Nick up. And it works. It worked for Steel Toe, it worked for Energii_Kang and Romaine, it worked for the dealers, it works for any service worker who can read Nick. You tell him he's a special boy and the wallet opens up.

I don't think Aaron wants Bob to be held accountable for Nick, but it's more observing how they've treated their son, and how that's warped his world view. And they say The Little Prince syndrome is a Chinese Affluenza!

Me on the other hand? I'm generally against parents being held accountable for the actions of their kids. But Bob and Celeste continue to do it, they should have some culpability.

Edit to add a correction.
