It's a collaborative effort from people who Steven has harassed (and some people connected to them), to include some partnered streamers. This harassment was conducted repeatedly both on twitch and through the offsite DGG chat.

I've only seen mentions of it and versions pop up very rarely so idk if Destiny has seen the actual full memorandum.

If he knew about the specific effort when it was submitted he could probably narrow it down to some of those people involved and would have had his chat attack them.

The point of it is that sometimes it's better to just go through back channels and make it appear to Twitch you are ready to take some legal action. All the exhibits were retrieved by an investigator with the documentation of where they were from and when they were obtained.

People making manifestos or take down videos just create more drama. And generally I think those people are looking to get sympathy / money / profit of that drama with Destiny.

This was really just to get him permanently off Twitch in an effort to stop harassment or have an end to the DGG chat which would have a similar result.
