I tested this myself and I don't see any of the videos on destiny's channels pop up. I do see a few shorts with him in it, but it looks like the algo has responded after his loss of viewers.

Opened a new private session and searched for Destiny, a video by him was the 18th result.
There's definitely something weird going on, because he has released videos that have gotten plenty of views recently, and searching by name doesn't show his channel as the first result. In fact, his channel by itself never shows up no matter how long I scroll. For comparison, Vaush, Sargon of Akkad, and even Tipster (who gets <1k views on his videos these days) bring up their respective channel links as the #1 result. The only creator that seems to give similar results as Destiny is Sam Hyde, which should tell you something.
