I think he ran it buy them if not in full at least told them the idea, they told him "no this is dumb", he said "I know better", so they dropped him because they didn't want to deal with a clients that doesn't listen. If this is true its surely got be real hard for him to find any decent lawyer after that first team.

It’s been said I’m sure but this whole ordeal is why Conventional Morality exists. Because nobody was going to think of this scenario playing out in a debate about Monogamy versus Polycules, and it would sound like a stretch, yet here it is and it’s a direct consequence of Destiny’s behavior/personality. Obviously if he wasn’t such a gooner and was more careful he’d be fine but also he wouldn’t have this lifestyle in the first place. Stepping outside of the Tried and True is accepting a much narrower margin for error and much more catastrophic risk.
