You are correct. It was in late October 2022 on a stream with Legal Vices (Jeff), Potentially Criminal (Sean), and Divinity Said a couple months after Hedonism II.

Kayla was gushing over Divinity taking a hit on her bong after one of Nick's toasts. Kayla wanted to get high with her kids. She initially put the age at 18, but then shifted to whenever they were mature enough mentally. Nick expressed wanting to do things with his sons involving whisky at age 21, fantasizing that they would ask Nick to teach them "what's good about it". The panel are all smiles about this.

The theme was wanting to share "firsts" in the form of vices with one's offspring. Given that this was during a time when Nick started getting heavily into drugs (notably cocaine use) and his favorite child later tested overwhelmingly positive for exposure to cocaine at eight years old, it all makes a sad kind of sense that things have gotten so bad given Nick and Kayla's warped values.

Nick wanted to share his life with his kids. Unfortunately for them, Nick's life was wrapped up in degenerate sex and cocaine use. Some parents can overestimate their children, using vague qualifiers like "good grades" to indicate maturity or the like. These parents can even mistake learned behaviors/language for something more intrinsic (conflating imitation with understanding). These parents might agree on boundaries regarding children in general... but their kid is exceptional.

Couple that with the parent being tired of living in a child-friendly environment and it becomes easy for a situation where the needs of the child are overlooked ("they can take care of themselves") and/or the child is abused (exposure to harmful people/material).

The damages associated with revenge porn are usually associated with uncontrolled public dissemination of an image on something like the internet. That the images get out in an uncontrolled way on the internet and thus do damage that is not easy to address. That didn't happen in this case.

This actually where Aaron fucked up. There are two ways to look at his decision to stream the sharing of Kayla's image.
1) A goof that just happened to share the image during a stream. The stream just captured two bros broing live.

or

2) A malicious dickwad that pretends to care about his soulmate while shaming her with details of their relationship including bragging about the nakey pics he has live on stream.

#2 is why there is still a felony. The damages to Kayla would stem from all of the shame he's dumping. Aaron could be in either category above but I don't see how his behavior has ruled out either. Ironically, his extremely well-disciplined approach to Kayla after the RO as well as his approach to first wife before the Kayla RO makes me lean toward #2. This wasn't his first rodeo.
