I could be wrong about his intent, but this also seems like the least charitable interpretation.

He brings this up unprompted for some reason. Anyways, that statement would look very bad in court. But I wonder if it would it actually make his situation any worse or if he's already screwed?

The irony is that he complains a moment later that he's being blamed for stuff he didn't do. He talks about slander, but in the legal sense one could argue that he's impossible to defame. The interview had to end a few minutes after that, but I would have asked asked why he continues to associate with the people posting CSAM on discord.

Is there like another layer to this or is this guy just a complete fucking retard? It feels like it can't possibly be this straightforward. A guy working at a school openly attaches his name and face to a conversation with an anonymous pedophile wherein he defends pedophilia and frames posting CP as "just being edgy" or whatever. What is going on here???
