I was working on this when @Folgers Can posted. Here's more information:
On the topic of the Hatfields & the Rekietas & Nick's conspiracy theories...
TL/DR: One of the Hatfields (probably Caleb) was likely the 4th person who reported to Pastor Melin. There are other contenders but the Hatfields were involved with the Homeschool Grace Homeschool Co-Op, The Evangelical Covenant Church of New London, and had "intelligence" based on proximity. Rekieta's younger kids played with the Hatfield's kids. Also, Caleb Hatfield works in law enforcement (almost certainly knows Pomplun) and briefly worked in CHILD SERVICES.

Dispelling Misinformation & Reason for this Post:
We know that the Hatfields were the second home's prior occupants who were likely booted in early 2024 during the polycule. We also know that four people gave reports to Pastor Melin. From the Incident Report & Supplement:
It's believed that two of the people who went to Melin were 1) JaymeLee Wright nee Sletta, Kayla's half or step sister and 2) Paula Holmen, the Director of Children's Ministries for the Church and also the head of the Grace Homeschool Cooperative where it's believed the Rekieta kids attended and where Nick taught the Constitution before being dismissed sometime in 2023.
Chaney Bitzan, the ex-nanny, is likely the third person because Melin brought her up to LE, however, she was probably unaware that he was compiling evidence. My assumption is that Pastor Melin went to Chaney to verify what he had heard.
Who is the 4th person? More specifically, who would have information?
The Hatfields check a lot of boxes: The Homeschool Co-Op, the Church, proximity, and work in law enforcement & child services (stay tuned).
Who are the Hatfields?
Aside from appearing to be good, God fearing people who lived mere yards from the Rekietas:
Jessica is a devoted homeschool mom who lived in the second home with her three kids and husband Caleb. Note the familiar home.
She was baptized by Pastor Melin in 2020 so likely relatively new to the Church:
Caleb is a soccer dad who works as a Corrections Officer for Kandiyohi County for $56K as of 2021. He also picked up some extra work in child protective services back in 2017.

This information is from a 3rd party government salary website (appears to be reliable). There also exists official records of him working as a Corrections Officer in 2018. (Kandiyohi County seems to have stopped listing employees in subsequent years.)

And, yes, in case you're asking, he likely worked with Aleisha Sweep in 2017.
A brief aside about Detective Pomplun:
1. Pomplun's address is not hard to find. He lives 2 minutes from Nick just up the street. I find that funny for some reason. We know he responded to the swatting back in the day. Did he ever pull Nick over for speeding?
2. Detective Pomplun's wife or sister (?), Kristin Pomplun, works as a Certified Nurse Practitioner for CentraCare, the company that drug tests Nick. Her specialty is tobacco detection. That puts her in the same general field of drug testing that Nick is subjected to in Willmar.
3. There is a Pomplun child (around 4-5 years old) who has performed in at least one dance recital with the Rekieta girls at the ballet school they all attend. (I just did a name search on the public pamphlet.) The Pomplun child is younger so they likely are not in the same class.

- There is NO ready indication (that I found) that the Hatfields are related to the Rekietas/Woltjers/Slettas, nor is there evidence that they "fell on hard times" although his income is not very high. Jessica is a stay-at-home mom, not an RN as was speculated on thousands of pages ago. Pomlun's wife or sister IS a nurse (stay tuned).

Most contenders include Kayla's other family members:
Kayla's mom, Sherilyn, or stepdad, Dan Sletta? Brother, Matthew Woltjer (good friends with the Hatfields) or his wife Jackie Woltjer are all possibilities The question is whether they would have motive to want their daughter/bio sister facing multiple felony convictions. I doubt it.
Having said that Matthew Woltjer who I profiled in a Xmas post, is rather radical with his sobriety:

Knowing Nick and Kayla were doing drugs could be his motive. Otherwise, Matthew and Jackie only recently married and have a toddler. They're not involved with the Homeschool Co-Op.
Outside chance of AnneElizabeth Mae Meyer, another (step/half/bio?) sister of Kayla's, however, she's much younger and something of an underachiever who has only worked retail jobs. She's involved in the Church but she doesn't particularly fit the part to take action. Interestingly, she and Drex are FB friends.
Non-family contenders are Matt Christensen, Director of Youth Ministries for the Church or his wife, Melissa. Matt Christensen knows the Rekieta boys very well. He is the leader of most of the youth camps and there are many photo montages (still available) from the Church that feature him with the Rekieta boys.

- This will likely be Nick's anti-cop conspiracy theory when he returns to streaming, implied or bluntly expressed.
- It IS curious that the Incident Report left out the 4th person. Was LEO protecting one of their own (Caleb or Jessica)?
- The Incident Report DOES mention the Hatfields so...
- It's almost certain that the Hatfield kids played with Nick's younger kids including the 12 yo girls they both have. 12 yo girls often know what's up and share information. Regardless, they shared the Co-Op.
- The Hatfields likely witnessed the comings and goings of the Imholtes. They may have even played with the Imholte kids last winter. Aaron's kids' ages line up with the Hatfield kids' ages almost exactly.
- Caleb Hatfield likely watched Nick's streams. Did he tip off Pomplun to pay attention after being kicked out of the home?
- The Hatfields and Matthew & Jackie Woltjer are very close based on social media. Jessica Hatfield has posted over 100x since 2020. Matthew upvotes almost every post.
- It's almost certain that the 4th reporter to Pastor Melin was Caleb/Jessica Hatfield or Matthew/Jackie Woltjer.
