I'd like to say I'm very grateful for the kiwis in this thread that can take reams of legal documents and make it sensible for us retards in the thread. Including when it's not actually a legal document and just Russtard being a tard.

So Russ finally gives up witnesses for discovery, fails to include them in the protective order the Judge practically wrote for him, Hardin contacts witnesses who hear Russ's name and immediately say "what did the fucking tard do this time?" Russell then attempts to prejudice his family members/witnesses against the defense, something that would appear to be textbook witness tampering, so Hardin has to gently but thoroughly explain the ass fucking Russ will receive if the Judge catches wind of this. This results in the witnesses being pulled off which leaves Russell with nothing. All he has is vague claims that he sent some evidence to defending counsel. Evidence that I'm not convinced anyone,including Hardin, has seen.

I will admit, this case hasn't been this funny in a long time. Hardin's snipes are hilarious sure but this has made my sides ascend to orbit. Merry fucking Christmas, Kiwis.

It took me about 5 minutes to search "Utah Federal Court Standard Protection Order" and read it to understand how I would apply it if I were submitting something in discovery.

The Judge also pointed Greer to VIDEOS of how to do discovery and he still failed everything anyway.
