Oh my god, Ralph is on Pregabalin. For those who don't know Pregabalin has a somewhat nasty side effect of making you drowsy and dizzy which is worsened by alcohol and weed. If Ralph hasn't taken it before and can't stay sober (which is a guarantee) we may see a zombie Ralph next stream.

Far from certain - the most common first symptom of strokes and heart attacks is that the victim just suddenly drops dead. This is particularly true among alcoholics and drug addicts, so given the magnitude of The Ralphamale's drinking and drug problems, I reckon it's far more likely that he'll just suddenly fall in the shower one day because his heart said "Fuck this shit, I'm out".

Holy based....Righteous Ralph moment
It's somewhat diminished by the fact that Ralph is responsible for his own fair share of animal abuse and death, including mocking some guys dog that died in an accident. And he doesn't seem to be too concerned with the incident itself as much it being a terrible political move from the groypers, which it is.
