It's funny you should mention this. It's been on my mind.

The one piece of Nick's life that the Farms has not farmed is legal pharmaceuticals, his Friday weekly appointment at the "chiropractor," etc.

There are legal ways to be drugged up on all of the stimulants (coke) or depressants (ketamine) that he, Kayla, and April require. The court orders specifically allow for legal prescriptions.

We didn't know why he was taking naked pictures of people in the house but we knew he needed to go. At least we rescued April from that and got her out of the cycle of drug use and domestic violence. April was so afraid of being hurt when she hid the coke and moly. Aaron went through all her stuff and dumped it on the driveway in the rain during one of these rages. What's weird is that we both thought that April would be more difficult to convince to leave that lifestyle. Kayla and I still pray that Aaron gets a million bucks and the help he needs.
