I thought that was for making memes? I’ve posted Nickjaks in this thread before the arrest and the creation of the subforum.

If Nick had any interaction with Fire/EMS it would be documented as you're supposed to document all incident reports ("runs/calls"), how well is another story. Unfortunately incident reports have HIPPA protected info 99% of the time requiring redaction. Some states allow requesting of this public records like Montana. I do not know if a theoretical MN FOIA equivalent request may be levied against Fire Departments... Hardin question.
It may also be that Spicer FD does not cover Nick's area and it is another FD (or another agency mutual aid backfilled a possible call), these coverage zones are not always to political boundaries.

I have no idea about a hospital procedures in requesting such a theoretical record, if at all possible other than they take over officially post EMS-time out.

You can obtain the the FD response maps by contacting the local Emergency Management director to narrow down who is responsible for responding. Mutual aid departments you'll just have to ask and they may not reply.
