If I was defense counsel, i would argue the stream has all sorts of relevance and prejudicial issues if shown in full

But its gonna be hard to argue against a picture with white powder on his nose, the night he was arrested.
I´d imagine the stream only has relevance on the warrant issue, no? What are the odds for it getting revoked? It just seems like Nick is stalling apropos of nothing, wasting his money, instead of pleading guilty and getting this personal issue dealt quickly because the county probably is no trying to demolish this random person´s life. I´d imagine a fundraiser would just embolden A-logs and we all know he is not "resisting" because of principle - he has none and is a lying sack of shit - so he is just throwing money away, exposing all his private life, because he is a massive retard.

The very act of cuckoldry disgusts me to the point that I could never be friends with someone so pathetic and spineless.
Look at Destiny that is the face of the cuck movement and Nick is right behind him in a chair watching their wife / exs get fucked by black men together.
Its not that they're being cheated on, its that they're actively encouraging and engaging in it. Destroying the very moral fabric of marriage, relationships, and family for sick hedonistic pleasure.
100% agree. It's not like having a gay friend or the like. It's having a complete hedonist for a friend.

Just think about it. You're shooting the shit with your friend. You look at them, and you get reminded that this nigger jacks off to watching the bull ravage his wife. It's not like your friend is fapping to cuck porn in private as a fetish fantasy, no. They're actively participating in it, and you know. You know that their wife is either a complete whore, looking for validation, or being manipulated into going along with your friend's voyeuristic fetish. He does indeed destroy the institution of marriage just so he can WATCH his own humiliation and the degradation of his wife as he jacks off to it.

I would be so uncomfortable. It's two consenting adults, but I just can't do it. I can't look at a true blue cuck, a fornicator and a sodomite, and think that they have much of anything good to offer to the world. Sex pest and gooner vibes all around, I would just get a constant feeling that they're about to slide into deeper and deeper degeneracy like Rackets did with the Qouple.

yeah there's a marked difference between associating with people who, maybe they have problems like porn addiction or being a stoner but they are at least aware enough to be ashamed about it and keep it to the goon pod. and then there's people who openly flaunt it and act like its normal. I'm someone who is judicious about my associations IRL but I also recognize my own failings and I don't hold things against people generally speaking, we're all on the same boat in life.

but there are some things so basically wrong I can't countenance associating with it. I can be friends with someone who has the occasional joint or weed edible to relax at the end of the night but not with someone who insists on smoking 24/7 or someone permanently messed up like ReviewTech.

Plus the negative effects of it can impact your life. Look at how Rekieta's association and "friendship" with open degenerates sucked him into the scene and destroyed his life. Smartest thing Drex ever did was bailing once it became apparent that rekieta was doing drugs and swinging.

I don't recall if that's the exact bit, but the correct stream. Which was not the initial arrest stream but the follow-up. I wouldn't be shocked if my brain put 2+2 together in my memory, while these guys skirt over or omit stuff.

Barnes does use similar language of Aaron (noted in this clip quoted) to describe the Officer Pomplun later, "...looking like uh a vengeful vindictive cop looking to get Nick Rekieta and he's willing to break the law and violate the constitution to do it."

I have come to the conclusion that if Nick really wants to have a shot at beating these charges, there's only one man for the job. From the depths of his Mexican tool shed, comes a man with enough courtroom experience to make Perry Mason blush. I'm talking about the one and only Ethan Oliver Ralph. His legal expertise and fine craftsmanship of the English language will undoubtably be a valuable asset to Crackets' defense. Why, I can just picture it now. Nick's 9 y/o daughter on the stand, Ralph points at her and hollars as a matter of fact, I'll bet it was YOU that brought the cocaine in the house! The jury will be so impressed, they'll have no other choice but to acquit.

I apologise profusely as it has undoubtedly already been asked and answered but as the thread approaches 6,000 pages I have no hope of keeping up: in all of his screeching since the original raid/arrest, has Nick ever offered a plausible explanation for why there was 26g of cocaine in his house?
Nick is VERY sorry that he can’t give you his side of the story, because he’s in the process of getting raped by daddy government.

He’s really looking forward to giving you his side though! Likely right after he sends you that 5K locals present!

I have nothing to base this on, but I think the Fox article was instigated by Law and Crime, CourtTV, or one of the other big court (re)broadcasters. I don't know what the law is in MN around airing a court hearing, but say they wanted to make sure the judges want the hearings aired (and live), what better way to cite "local news affiliate" rather than "affidavits from random Youtubers and lawyers".

Granted, the youtubers probably get more views than the local fox affiliate, but boomer judges still get impressed by the local tv station.

It's been noted in thread before, but Law and Crime getting the court designation for the Rekieta trial would be hilarious.

I saw this and thought it would be relevant if we can stream the courtroom.

A somewhat similar thought occurred to me, and I was typing it out when you posted your reply:

Why the fuck would Fox have an issue with what Null is doing here? They're the media. They should want a camera in that courtroom too. Null isn't looking to have exclusive control over the footage.

@Null, if they contact you, or you contact them, you might consider politely asking for an affidavit from their general counsel as well. Also maybe consider asking for one from the local NBC, ABC, and CBS affiliates.

Hell, maybe even ask Law & Crime for one. That would REALLY piss Nick off.

The bottom line here is that Barnes didn't accuse Pomplun of violating Nick's rights because Nick fucked Pomplun's wife, but he did accuse Pomplun of violating Nick's rights for unspecified reasons.

A fucking his wife accusation would make his claim more salacious and ridiculous I suppose, but what Barnes actually said is ridiculous enough on its own. Or, more to the point, it is further demonstrative of the fact that Barnes is pushing a conspiracy theory.

We need that body cam! We gotta help prove Barnes right! Remember, always bet on Barnes!

That callout of Nate the lawyer at the end is so rich. I’ll take Nate’s word for it because he WAS a prosecutor you overinflated cabbage patch doll
"Do some research!" - Barnes

People do research. Research reveals Barnes is full of shit.

That's one thing I'll give Andrew/Legal Mindset some credit for. He pointed out that many of the cases Barnes cited don't say what Barnes claims they say.

This popped up in my algo, probably due to me watching it from potentially criminal sean covering it too. Interesting about the sub numbers and how many are watching it live right now...Are you seeing this Nick? I know you read this thread Nick. This could have been you Nick! :story:

The thing is the article starts with "stalker website" but then it's just about how Nick got busted for coke and says the government is lying about the case.

So it does kinda make sense someone is trying to get the news as a source to use for an open court than just internet people wanting it.

Nothing ever happens so it'll be closed. If it's not streamed, can we get transcripts?
