Just to make a point about the rule of completeness.
Say the prosecution against Nick introduces an image of him on livestream with white powder on his nose.
Nick, the legal genius that he is, decides to contest this and claims, along other things, that the evidence isn't complete! It's not the whole live stream.
Now, I, a prosecutor, would love to show the jury a sloppy drunk drugged out of his mind on stream, but have likely realized a 4 hour hell stream where he keeps saying animesuckscopeandsneed is very likely to be more prejudical than probative have decided to just show what is relevant.
But if Nick says I've violated a rule of evidence by not showing the whole stream... the remedy is I get to show the whole stream, and maybe even more, because Nick decided to open that door, like a retard.
