This is 100% NOT TRUUUUU for multiple reasons.

The case plans posted to the thread specify that they are expected to undergo RANDOM drug testing. While the process is doubtless different than what would have happened if he didn't pay for unconditional, he wouldn't be able to do what you are saying. He would still test positive. Alcohol metabolites in particular stick around for up to three days.

In addition, the case plans posted to the thread actually specify that a missed test would be considered as a POSITIVE TEST, instead of merely a failure to test. From what I can tell, this is a potential benefit of the doubt which Nick lost by playing games with the hair follicle test release, and in other circumstances a failure to test would be viewed as a distinct, lesser problem than a positive test.

That's somewhere how he fucked up. It seems pretty clear that the documents were prepared in anticipation of Nicks "well actually" loophole-searching. But at least he didn't go full ODD asshole and try to get the GAL removed and piss more people off over that... nevermind, he did.

This is much more likely to happen "When those facts are not present, the defendant faces a gross misdemeanor charge of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images." He's likely facing a misdemeanor charge, less if he pleas out. It's an incredibly weak case.
