I think he's going for broke. In his drug addled brain he thinks that if he does what any reasonable person would say to do: i.e. check into rehab, do drug tests, get a lawyer to start working toward a plea deal, stay the fuck offline, etc. than it'll be a loss because he'd be convicted of something even if that meant taking the first steps to unfucking his life. He'd rather gamble all of those things on the very slim chance that despite the mountain of evidence it'll get thrown out and he'll get to go be smug on youtube. I hear prosecutors and jurors really like smug assholes so I'm sure it'll work out.

That's also why he's more than happy to talk about Aaron's revenge porn. He doesn't care that it once again confirms his cuck status or once again shows that he lies constantly. If a hair test comes back positive then the drug was metabolized by the body, period. Hair tests are the absolute gold standard because it's impossible to argue what Nick is arguing (contamination from someone smoking, etc).
