My predictions:

- Nick will lament that the film is 'misunderstood' in a pontificating manner and rant for 5-7 minutes on a strange tangent and twisted interpretation.

- He will have some pre-written notes that sound scripted and like something you would hear in a second-term literature class

No disrespect to Claire (much love), but MANY people called out Nick way earlier than Claire. Oftentimes with receipts. For example, the Hedonism II stuff was confirmed I think before Claire even started talking about Rekieta (incidentally, for those that don't know, the early stages of that investigation is where the tripod meme comes from).

If Claire is to be mentioned in the OP, there are two things that stand out:

1. She highlighted Nick's "body destroyed" rant, and gave the best and earliest criticism of it. Something I think she was best qualified to do as a wife and mother herself.

2. Nick revelled in her being hacked and swatted. Which is definitely one of the grosser things he's done because that put her family in jeopardy.

Fair is fair, Claire deserves a mention in a mini-arc. Nick's gloating over her predicament was a tell and marked departure from his public moral base. His gloat clip is something I will have to add to the section.

No disclosures are listed under Kaylas court case. On court day, can Kayla claim she's seen nothing because they didn't disclose anything to her, just Nick's attorney? Is that a disclosure violation? Why aren't they duplicating everything and making sure she gets everything Nick gets?

White does not appear to represent Kayla in the CPS case because his request to the judge to seal the juvenile records was cc'd to Kayla's CPS lawyer, John Mueller.

I guarantee Nick has told Kayla that he's got her legal issues covered. Just like he told April wrt her speeding ticket.
