No disrespect to Claire (much love), but MANY people called out Nick way earlier than Claire. Oftentimes with receipts. For example, the Hedonism II stuff was confirmed I think before Claire even started talking about Rekieta (incidentally, for those that don't know, the early stages of that investigation is where the tripod meme comes from).

If Claire is to be mentioned in the OP, there are two things that stand out:

It's not a judicial record, it can't be "sealed." It's a public record of the executive branch of the Minnesota government.

It's up to the PD to release it or not, barring a court order to the contrary, and they've shown no indication of being unwilling to comply with the public records laws, and haven't raised any of the exemptions, but instead explicitly stated they're going to produce them.
