At his age, with all the life experiences he had - creating a large family, making himself an e-celeb - this is extremely unlikely. He would literally have to stop being him, in every aspect. Not just drugs and alcohol, he would have to rewire his brain. This takes years - and he's already middle aged, and his brain isn't as malleable.

He was sober when he decided he doesn't want to be sober anymore. He had a happy family, wealth, community, opportunities, and just everything any normal person can ever dream of - and he was sober when he decided this is not good enough for him, and he wants to throw it all away. Can any Kiwi Law Tards give an estimate of what Nick's burn rate must look like between his civil defamation case, his criminal case and his CPS case. I don't think he's going to make it to $1 million, but he's going to try to get close. Criminal cases are cheaper than civil cases, but going full retard with Randazza does make his defamation a bit more expensive. I'm going to throw these estimates out there:

• Defamation case: $200-300k Randazza fees + $50k damages + Monty's $50k of legal fees
• Criminal case: $100k for going full retard on the search warrant and taking the thing all the way through appeals and trial + whatever fine he gets
• CPS case: probably <$50k, but I have the least idea about this and how retarded he can be
