If there's one thing I have learned from the Ty Beard fuckup, it's that you really wanna the listen to the lawyer that has experience in the area of law they are talking about.

And in this particular situation, within Lawtube, that's Sean and Nate. I say that not because Sean is a Kiwi, but because it's objectively true.

I've never actually watched much of Joe before this shitshow, and frankly I wish I'd kept it that way.

That being said I decided to watch the full clip, and it's not quite as bad as I thought from the original summary (although it's still fucking retarded). In fact he actually talks about constructive possession and tries to present it in terms of what the prosecution and defense are going to be arguing.

For instance he talks about the theoretical argument of how do they prove whose coke it is, maybe it was actually April's, or maybe Aaron left it there etc. The problem is all those arguments go right out the window because the fucking wetbrained, coke addled mongoloid voluntarily talked to the cops and told them it's his fucking bedroom where he and Kayla sleep, which means legally they're in possession of it regardless of who actually bought it in the first place.

The shame and disgust that the 16 years old feels probably has been crushing his/her soul, and probably has been depressed for a while, apparently people forget how emotional are teenagers.

This entire drama is just exposing how all these people are disconnected from normal people and normal families.

I guess I am happy he's come around at least somewhat (and is providing an affidavit for Null), but it seems like he's doing it because the winds have obviously shifted, and I'm certainly not gonna ever trust the fuck.

To be clear, I don't hate the guy either way.

BUT Andrew did defend Rekieta for a while, even when the truth of what was going on was being posted on Kiwi Farms. I give him credit for distancing and I guess now disavowing Rekieta even though it was pretty clear that Nick liked him the most out of all his lawyer friends.

He seems to have eventually realized that Rekieta had lost his mind and worked hard to independently find success with the Disney and VTuber shit, and done well at that (although I question anyone who would platform TheGatorGamer), but if he's going to the Rekieta well I hope he at least gives KF some degree of credit for being 100% correct in what was being said on here for 2 years.

People here may have been surprised at his arrest in a "Holy shit! He's in jail!" kind of way, but after reading he was arrested, I don't think anyone here was surprised at what the charges were or the identity of the third person who was arrested.

The Rekieta thread said Nick was doing drugs. He was doing drugs. The Rekieta thread said Nick was a swinger. Nick is a swinger. The Rekieta thread said Nick had moved April Imholte as part of some weird throuple. April was the "live-in nanny" who slept in the Rekieta marital bed. The Rekieta thread said Nick was driving under the influence. Nick was reported by his own pastor who said he received a report that Nick was "high or drugged driving a car around". There is obviously a lot more.

If Andrew, or any "Lawtuber", wants to say "Hey, I didn't want to get involved", that's perfectly legitimate. Most people WOULDN'T want to get involved in this bizarre drama shit. Like you, I think there is a little bit of an implication that KF waited to start documenting anything until after the Rekietas and their live-in coke whore nanny got arrested, but that might be unintentional.

I also didn't get why Ashton was pressing Sean, but not Andrew on "LawTube"'s response. Sean said more about Rekieta before this all went down than Andrew did. But whatever. Sean is a very big boy and can defend himself if he wants to.
