Fun fact: Cleavon Little, who acted this role, only got it because Richard Pryor, who wrote much of the script, was so whacked out of his gourd on cocaine that the execs decided they really couldn't have him on screen in the state he was in. They may have been incorrect in this, considering how well the whole Pryor/Wilder thing did in subsequent movies, but Cleavon Little delivered a master performance in this film.

I just thought this was somewhat relevant considering what this thread is and the rip-snorting cocaine cowboy it's about.

Just for shits I sent an email to the Spicer, MN Sheriff records department requesting to "inspect" the body cam footage from Rekieta's arrest. According to the state of MN's government website there is no fee for "inspection" only copies of what you are requesting. I'll update when they respond.

The sample emails requesting an inspection in that PDF say that they'd be requesting an inspection under Minnesota Statutes, section 13.03, subdivision 3. Here's that portion:

Subd. 3.Request for access to data.

(a) Upon request to a responsible authority or designee, a person shall be permitted to inspect and copy public government data at reasonable times and places, and, upon request, shall be informed of the data's meaning. If a person requests access for the purpose of inspection, the responsible authority may not assess a charge or require the requesting person to pay a fee to inspect data.

(b) For purposes of this section, "inspection" includes, but is not limited to, the visual inspection of paper and similar types of government data. Inspection does not include printing copies by the government entity, unless printing a copy is the only method to provide for inspection of the data. In the case of data stored in electronic form and made available in electronic form on a remote access basis to the public by the government entity, inspection includes remote access to the data by the public and the ability to print copies of or download the data on the public's own computer equipment. Nothing in this section prohibits a government entity from charging a reasonable fee for remote access to data under a specific statutory grant of authority. A government entity may charge a fee for remote access to data where either the data or the access is enhanced at the request of the person seeking access.

Considering it's only in an electronic format, this seems like it would fall under "remote access." Furthermore, "Nothing in this section prohibits a government entity from charging a reasonable fee for remote access to data under a specific statutory grant of authority."

I don't think this is going to work to get us free bodycam footage. I might be retarded and misreading, IANAL after all.

I can actually tell you exactly what they will reply with, because I had requested the warrant under this statuate earlier this morning before it dropped here on the forum.

Basically, to "inspect" means to go look at whatever you requested in person but taking anything with you, even digitally, will require an unspecified donation to the glorious state of Minnesota.

That is, sadly, 100% Pryor. I didn't know he was rolling that hard that far back. But you're right, it worked out.

So what I take from this is that someone on here who lives within driving distance needs to make a visit to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office with spy glasses equipped.

Quick, get Aaron on the case!
If he wasn't so much of a faggot and a cuck he would do it. He's too busy sucking Rekieta's dick and calling him a good guy deep down though. He even said on his stream earlier he doesn't want to see any of the footage.

That’s probably a good way to get arrested.
How? Body cam footage is public property and police are public servants and the building is publicly accessible. MN is also a one party consent state meaning only the person recording is required to consent. What laws would be violated? The spy glasses thing was mostly a joke, I don't think they could tell you legally not to obviously record with your phone.

so you believe that AOC for girls should be below 16 then?
I am new to Kiwi farms so I may not be retarded enough to get this. But this is the second time that I have brought up objective historic fact, only to be accused of believing it myself.

You must have been the slow kid in class who thought that your history teacher was a monochist when you were covering the middle ages & then thought that the same history teacher was a nazi when he was lecturing you about WWII

I just remembered there's another Balldo adjacent lawyer, Emily D. Baker (fat would not sex), so I checked to see if she's made a statement. Nothing. Not a damn thing, not even on her Xitter. Fucking hilarious how many people have washed their hands of this degenerate.

Emily's Xitter

He would have been the absolute first to know it was happening and he's still been balldowashing for two years. He's a faggot just like Balldo. He's also probably been fucking our wife since college.

Meh… I think we make too much noise about Drexel, because it’s funny to imagine Nick getting balldo’d/cucked by a black man.

In reality he seems to have been only tangentially involved with the Rekieta’s for quite a while.

Nate Shut the fuck up! Sean Kick Nate! this Nate guy is as pickle brained as Nick
Catching up on Potentially Criminal stream now after watching Legal Mindset's amazing morning show

Can you imagine the Windfall for State and County taxpayers if the Judge agrees to read out the $20 Superchats as they come in?
Fuck we could solve the national debt if they did that at the trump trials, and congressional hearings! of course sessions would never end ..... Just pay to scroll your chat on the hearings, over the coart case millions and millions of dollars!!!
hmm, maybe the detectives are looking for more if they're talking to Aaron.

Edit: He cleared it up, detectives told him he's completely in the clear. So zero consequences for taking part.
Yeah Detective will gas light him for information, butter him up until they ask him to testify if this goes to trial. Guy has the situational awareness of a gnat. Likes the clout of being the cuck of the sektur.

This might come as a shock to you but a body camera is not in fact a telephone. You'd also want to check those 'hidden camera' laws, and a number of other things.
