and not only did he fail to show up to court, he failed to show up for a FUCKING ZOOM MEETING! he didn't even have to leave his fucking house, all he had to do was get out of bed in time and boot up his computer. and even that was apparently too much to ask. and then he just let the following 10 day deadline pass by without even trying to explain himself to the court.
