Nothing immediately except his cost of living goes up. Then there will be a slap fight to serve Ralph with whatever orders and civil litigation he has outstanding. Ralph will start another lolsuit drama cycle with Vickers, Morris, or both.

I think you are overestimating the effect of outstanding child support. It’s a civil issue, not something that law enforcement deals with. If the court orders to garnish a Ralph’s wages, well, you can’t garnish what isn’t there. Ralph earns his money in tips and if he were smart about it he could use crypto. But IMO Ralph is judgement proof.
