Listen to parts of his recordings. No sane person will get through all two hours. It's just continuous emotional abuse from Dave interspersed by an occasional exasperated yell from his father, which Dave immediately talks over. Even if it was admissible, I don't think it's evidence that he was the victim of a crime of any kind.
