AI needs to advance a little faster. I really want to be able to use AI to make a Flash-like animation of a cartoonish Dr. Joe swimming in a vault of shekels while laughing like a cartoon villain and then saying "Now, Dr. Mary, how can we torture Dave today???" with Jeff & Andy standing next to Dr. Mary as their henchmen.

Adam is only in his early 40s so I think he’s the other guy. The senior partner who gets the bulk of the praise is Andrew Popplewell. Dave probably deleted that because bitching about your lawyer before they’ve done anything is too retarded, even for him, and Adam is a nice guy (according to the reviews) and currently a sympathetic ear for the sorrows of Miss Dave.

This is really interesting. Joe could offer to settle with the stipulation that this is not an admission of liability and covers all historic claims against him, plus include a confidentiality provision to gag Dave (he breaches, he forfeits). This would reveal Dave’s most important motivation: is he primarily seeking cash, or to humiliate his dad? If the former, he’ll take a sufficiently large payoff. If the latter, he’ll drag Joe through the courts. His lawyer BTW will urge settlement if the deal is sensible. I haven’t read up on Missouri civil procedure, but wouldn’t be surprised if there was some downside for rejecting a sensible settlement if Dave actually won in court. So, while he might want money and to fuck with Joe, he might only be able to get one. Decisions, decisions…
 
Dave's parents should just give him whatever money he needs to move to Tacoma (or wherever), so he'll be as far as possible from them. Odds are Dave would never get it together enough to travel back to Missouri to torment them again.

I can only imagine the number of grifters who would start spamming his DMs. Just look at how hard lottery winners get hit. Everyone from family to crackpots to professional grifters come crawling out of the woodwork. Dave would fuck off with his money and tell everyone who wanted some to fuck off too because he is a selfish piece of shit. The hubris from such a win would be great as well. I could see him wasting tons of money on lolsuits because the shysters he hires will smell a mark like him coming before he walks in the door. It would be a shame in that the money could have gone nearly anywhere else and been a larger net benefit to society, but at least we'd get a lot of laughs.

Like I'd want to say just the Greyhound ticket, but he's not dumb enough to go without a guarantee for a place to stay. But he probably is dumb enough to be seduced by a small amount of living money. Which, of course, he would quickly burn through and then be stranded in a strange city far away from anyone he knows who could possibly bail him out.

The way to really make this plan work would be to buy him a big used RV, and then let Nature take its course. If he's lucky it'll make it across the country and crap out somewhere in the PNW that supports "car campers."

That was just the straw that broke the faux trannies mind and launched him into his current saga. He has been pounding away at it for an entire year now without a goddamn thing to show for it. I have no doubt that 2024 will be much like 2023 in this respect. The Muscato family's best change at an early end to Dave's reign of tranny terror is his next, and last, cardiac ablation. He's got a ~2% of eating it on the table during the procedure. It's not a large chance, but divine intervention is always possible, Inshallah.
