Brad seems genuinely confused by the meaning of the phrase "love one another". I am beginning to suspect this may be because he has never really known what it is to love, both from himself toward others and from others toward himself. This may go a long way toward explaining his need to think he is Jesus, since he thinks that means everyone will love him. Too bad his delusion overlooks the whole "love thy neighbor as thyself" command. I don't think Brad has ever loved himself, which kind of fucks up the whole process.

There was an in joke by one of the TNG writers to include the number 47 in quite a few scripts. It does get said a lot more than just random chance would dictate in Star Trek.
