Seems like a turning point.
For Nick or for the Locals?
My thought was the turning point had already occurred for Nick. The Locals got their first taste of his ever deepening resentment for critique. They also got a major dose of the complete rejection his older audience had once faced. They let it all slide off their backs because they had once been under the illusion from the amount of lovebombing they were receiving that it meant
they were to be endowed with the ultimate preferential treatment.
They would be able to steer their Creator the right way,
they thought. See Art's parasocial ramblings over the allegedly intense texts he shared with Nick who meant oh so nothing to him (Sure...). Their increasingly desperate pleas to Nick to change course or to go back to old patterns go unheard. The Creator had become bored with them, so they're seeing now the full picture now that the love bombing phase has come to an end.
The questions now: Will he restart the love bombing to recover? Depends on if he feels he still needs them I think. Will they stick by him, anyway? Will Nick even bother at this point?
Their fee for entry is relatively cheap at $5/mo. Maybe they stick around to see the whole thing burn to get the full show. Without a doting Creator to share their innermost thoughts with and feed upon though, their unearned loyalty may soon form pockets of entitled rage within the community. How that impacts everything outside of just Locals is another question.
If they're not won back, if Nick thought it was bad before, it's likely to get far far worse.
Every criticism he ever dished out will mirrored back direct from his little Coom Clan. They have had the time and incentive of boredom to study not only his behaviors, but his litany of excuses. It'll be even worse once the delusional narcissism, entitled rage, chronic whinge and moaning hit fever pitch.
All things he regularly displayed himself, cultivated in his Coommunity being projected back to him when relations turn sour.
Once that starts, there's no way to rebrand to Mr. Let's Be Reasonable with the type of trash following he's courted. This would be the time to start a bigger fight with KF or find an orbiter to throw into the Lion's Den and and provide quick entertainment for the Locals firepit until things cool down. Sadly, Faran is no longer available to become the Final Aeon.
I'm starting to think that was the true genesis behind his off the cuff attempts to pick fights with Montagraph. If he could create these incendiary faux fights with another cow-like Youtube, as other orbits/YTers typically do a la: Branca vs. the BLM bitch, Legal Mindset vs Faran, Quarterpounder vs The Fresh Produce Aisle, etc... that could've played well to keep his audience entertained and cajoled.

The problem with relishing and relying so much on vacations as an outlet is that all the unaddressed problems you fled from are all waiting for you piled up and then some as soon as you get back.

I would agree generally and I figured that might have been a perception by some. But the live experience demanded a live action retelling. Funny shit. Anyway, point taken. It won't happen again. Sorry for any inconvenience.

There's also the pesky fact that in this case the cow in question is currently suing Rekieta, which makes it that much more stupid to highlight on your fucking show.
