not really, the dude is a great speaker, that's the whole reason he got elected. now he can't even say a full sentence without slurring or repeating himself, he is completely out of it.
 
When he sticks to the script, he sounds cumbersome. He ranted just a bit about other countries in his usual tone, though.
 
I think Trump either has a head cold or allergies. Probably all full up on allergy medicine, plus has a stuffy nose, but is trying to look as healthy as possible.
 
National Emergency two very big words. I would say those are medium size words mister president. Also if you ever wonder why in some speeches he's low energy it's because it doesn't take his ephedrine when giving a serious speech. inb4 he doesn't do drugs, look half these mofo we elect are drug users just like the rest of us. At least he doesn't drink after his brother drank himself to death. Gacked out trump is best trump.
 
So when he says national emergency is it like Chinas national emergency or like the one obama declared on fatness (which ironically enough probably did more to help us prepare than this admin so far)
