I guess my answer would depend on how many different ways there are to say "no, absolutely not."
 
Depends how far it went and what they might be like now.

Same as @Ephraim Winslow , I see it as a major red flag but not necessarily insurmountable.

It would be more a question of if we could get on, because becoming trans suggests they're very far left and may be on other topics. Similarly, would I find them attractive post surgery?

Basically the less they had done, the more likely something could be had.
 
Depends on how I feel about it in the moment. That's the issue with most "would you" questions, it assumes that people know themselves enough to know how they'd act in every situation.
 
If she was one of those girls that said she was a boy or non-binary while just dressing like attention whore sure especially if i can use it to score some free testosterone. But if she started HRT or got any surgery then no
