Will Bella have any repercussions for what she did to/with Chris - I have no clue what's really been going on with her

That's only if she gets a subpoena, and she may lawyer up to fight it if the prosecution or defense try and throw some of the guilt on her. In the event that she does take the stand it will be probably be with the prosecution to unload all the guilt on to Chris.
 
The only thing bella may face legal issues for is the child porn. Everything else? You are dealing with a glownigglet, and the fact that usually police don't do too long of an investigation unless its either murder, rape, some domestic abuse, and maybe fraud if its above a few thousand dollars and worth looking into.

Asides from that? Don't expect shit asides from maybe a "we have seen the reports, and have recieved many calls and are looking into it. We have no further comment" from the police, which in reality is them saying "stop harassing us faggots, we ain't doing shit"
 
Legally she probably could in theory, but she won't. Virginia is where Chris is being tried and they aren't going to get some random person from Texas to go to Virginia just because she might've persuaded Chris to partake in an act that he should've known was wrong.

However, when future employers google her, she might have trouble landing a decent job.
