Doubtful. To be honest, I doubt Alex Jones even remembers Phil. Yes, he's a lolcow, but you don't get to see his true insanity unless you actually follow him. Otherwise he's just one weirdo in a sea of thousands of others.

It was a weird event for him to be in any position to appear on the news at all. From the fact Rainbow Jesus intercepted him and stopped his babbling, it's pretty obvious everyone else involved with that Occupy rally wanted nothing to do with him.

Alex Jones just grabbed that footage because he wanted something to look crazy and retarded, and Phil fit the bill.
