Why do troons and commies like columbo?

It's the gayest fucking thing, it's a mid crime comedy show but all the commies, the trannies and everything in between seem to like it. I don't understand why.

I'm here representing the Moonlighting Master Race; Herbert Viola is the hero we all deserve. Also, the show's protected from being ruined by everyone since it's not streaming anywhere.

Columbo did that German cop show formula where the audience sees what happens up front, and the entertainment is watching the detective figure it out, right? That's probably why they like it, they have an existing, unmoveable worldview and like seeing it get validated in an hour by a disheveled guy "just asking questions".
