Why are slim bodies considered toxic now?

I’ve been seeing a lot of youtube thumbnails of skinny girls (no it’s not an anorexic body) with the red letter word “toxic” next to it.
Is it a new beauty trend among women to call any women with a slim physique “toxic”?

Shit reason: Because fat and lazy people are insecure and hate the fuck out of them.

Legit reason: Because they are seen as the common beauty standard and it's clear that many of them are borderline underweight. Any woman that isn't thin with tiny breasts is seen as a whore or fat.
