Take a break from the internet.
Without the avalanche of information, you will notice that life just keeps going as usual.
I can guarantee you that any generation in human history would be totally blackpilled if they knew everything that happens all over the world.

Do something.
Don't just sit in front of the screen all the time, actually do something IRL, preferably something physical that will get you in shape.
Something creative is a good choice as well.

Change your diet.
Eat healthy, you are what you eat.
No more soft drinks, sweets, processed garbage.
Eat fruits, vegetables, lean meat, fish, eggs, nuts and seeds, drink only water.
A month of that will make you feel amazing and you won't want to go back to eating crap.

Put away your vices.
Stop taking drugs, drinking alcohol and watching porn.
That shit is destroying you.

These suggestions should be enough.

Don't worry so much about things that aren't affecting you directly. There has always been so much suffering in the world and most of the time there is never justice.

The best thing you can do is what's best for yourself. If you're happy (or content), the people around you will be happy, and it will be a positive feedback loop. Think about what you want, what kind of future you want, and how you can attain it. Then go get it. The rest is just being patient (very patient) and keeping your head above water.

Well, my dear, it depends on what is getting you down. It's a lot easier to deal with the bad feelings that come from global issues, such as the various wars and global warming scare pieces. Just stop consuming that media. It helps to realize that it's only partial truths anyway.

When it comes to the close to home stuff, that's a lot harder to suss out and depends a lot on your circumstances, age, where you live etc.
 
The world might be screwed, but you don't have to let that consume you. Focus on your little world, the people in your life. Honestly, I almost completely disengaged from the news and got involved in my church more. You can find things worth your thoughts, time, and effort if you look.
 
Unironically, just go outside and touch grass.

Log off, take a deep breath, have a glass of water, and literally go out for a walk. Walking can do a lot of good for you, both physically and mentally. It's a good workout and a way to kill time as well.

that said try everyone else's suggestions first, get goyslop and alcohol and other vices out of your life, lift some weights it really does help. Also maybe see if you got some vitamin deficiency or something.
 
If you're truly at the end of your rope, go out and try to find anything to recenter yourself. Just focus on survival and make shit up as you go along.

If you've got even a sliver of attachment to your current life, appreciate what you've got and cultivate your own existence away from the noise that's bringing you down.

As long as you can think, move, or feel, despondency is never the answer.
