I'd wish that I had my dream body, with my dream body being defined as a version of my current body that has perfect vision and hearing, perfect health with a highly fit and muscular body, and massive balls and a dong big enough that I have a bulge no clothing can hide, but I can still find a partner that can take it with significant training and stretching.

If I was dealing with a genie that might be a be-careful-what-you-wish-for rule lawyer I'd put a lot more work into clarifying and dealing with any potential loopholes.

Alternatively, I'd wish to be a self sufficient farmer with a partner.

or I'd wish for the ability to freeze time, as in being able to take a snapshot of the world and have full control over that frozen moment in time.
