Aside from being paranoid and believing the people around him to be trolls, he could potentially have the paparazzi stalking him, taking pictures as he does something that would lead him to being trolled.

Chris would have the store out of business. He'd scare away customers, he has no experience in running a store, and he would not bother working. Meanwhile, Snyder works somewhere else as the owner, getting a good amount of customers.

What if after Barb's death, social services decided that Cole had to take in his tard brother because he's the closest living relative?

How would the two get along? How would they spend time and what would their daily routine be like?
 
Cole and his wife would just end up as a second Borb, doing everything they can in their power to keep Chris off the streets for as long as possible.
 
There's no legal reason that Cole would have to take care of his tard brother, but let's pretend there is. It's more fun, after all.

Really, if Chris would just play vidya and could be trained to do some basic chores, it might work out. I'm sure Cole would want either a slice of Chris's tugboat or make him get a part-time job, both of which Chris would balk at.

If it was successful, Chris might become a hipster over time and start to have Cole's taste in movies and music.

Cole would try to put Chris in someone else's care, especially after Chris brings all of his junk to Cole's home and does not clean up, does not bathe, and even tries to defy anything Cole tells him to do, especially work.
 
There's really only one way that this can end: Murder.
