Barb's holey butt and teeth would be fixed, and Chris would have got some decent therapy as a kid, meaning that those tax dollars spent on him then, would likely be earned back at a later date.

Cwcville would be in Quebec, trying to gain independence and Sonichu would be a mounty. Also Chris would gain his powers from Maple syrup.

What Muncie said. The end would be the same (they don't communicate), but it would likely have gone down one of 2-3 ways:
1) Megan detaches from Chris slowly and just sort of wanders off. Chris idolizes her in the same way he did his high school galpals and he ends up friending her on Facebook years later, where she end up playing a similar role as the other galpals when his high school dreams were shattered- meaning that she'd have posted an "ew" comment as well.
2) Megan detaches from Chris and it ends up being a Sarah Hammer scenario where he idolizes her and just doesn't hear from her ever again. He'd blame some JERK for taking her away from him and every once in a while we'd get an "I miss Megan" post on Facebook. No friending, since he wouldn't be able to find her or he wouldn't put the effort into finding her.
3) Chris is Chris and he decides to pull something else, most likely in his Sonichu comics. I see him deciding to give Megan an even bigger hint that she should be with him by having the two of them kiss, end up married/bonded somehow, or he decides to do more Sailor Asscheeks type pictures that culminate in her transformation sequences being fairly raunchy. That last one seems like it's most likely, since it'd be titillation for Chris and he could claim that it "isn't porn". Megan gets mad and she stops talking to him.
If it was surfing, it'd probably be like this for everyone else: (assuming that it meant that he would participate as opposed to just watch)
